BudgetAIze is built and supported by its founder, Kristiyan Kiryakov, so every message is read by the person who builds the app. Email is the fastest way to reach us: contact@budgetaize.com.
What you can write to us about
- Product help and bug reports: how a feature works, something that looks wrong, or an idea that would make BudgetAIze more useful for your household.
- Subscriptions and billing: paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Write to us if something about a charge or your trial is unclear.
- Privacy and your data: requests to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data under the GDPR. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account yourself from Settings in the app or from the Account page, or ask us to help.
- Press and partnerships: interviews, reviews, or working together.
Help us help you
For a bug report, include the email address on your BudgetAIze account, your device and app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Never send your password, full card numbers, or bank credentials: BudgetAIze never asks for them, and we will never request them by email.
