These terms govern your use of the BudgetAIze mobile app and the budgetaize.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Kristiyan Kiryakov("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

BudgetAIze is a mobile-first, AI-assisted budgeting and expense-tracking app for individuals and shared households. It does not require your bank login credentials, and it is not a bank, a payment institution, or a provider of professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• A household owner invites members by email; invitations expire after 7 days.
• All members of a household can add income and expenses; only the owner manages membership, family settings, and billing.
• Each member's contribution is visible to the whole household.
• If the owner deletes their account, the entire household is deleted, including every invited member's account. The app requires explicit confirmation of this before proceeding. If a non-owner member deletes their account, their own account is removed and their profile is anonymized, but the household and its shared transaction history continue for the remaining members.

• Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and managed via RevenueCat. We do not process or store your payment card details.
• Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation are governed by the store you subscribed through. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Some AI-powered features (for example, AI-generated monthly reports and automatic category suggestions) are only available on paid plans.
• Every AI feature draws from one shared, capped monthly usage budget per household. When the cap is reached for the billing cycle, affected features pause with a clear in-app notice until the next cycle; we do not charge extra without telling you.

BudgetAIze includes a range of AI-assisted features. You acknowledge that:

• AI output is generated from your own account data and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, investment, insurance, or legal advice.
• Any predictive, scoring, or forecasting features are estimates that involve uncertainty; they are not guarantees of any financial outcome.
• You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions. Review AI suggestions before relying on them; the app never changes your data without your review.
• AI features may be temporarily unavailable if the household's monthly AI usage budget is reached, or if a third-party AI provider is unavailable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, household, or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation or security.
• Use the Service to process financial data belonging to someone who has not consented to your access.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Kristiyan Kiryakov or its licensors. You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. We do not claim ownership over your transactions, budgets, or other content you add to your account. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without any obligation to compensate you.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, subject to the household rules in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, or as needed to comply with law or protect the Service and its users.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
• Receipt scanning, voice transcription, and AI categorization can make mistakes. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and you should verify important entries yourself.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made in reliance on the Service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update the Service and these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
